COMET™ is the first universal, end-to-end, spatial biology solution for the analysis of Formalin-Fixed Paraffin-Embedded (FFPE) and frozen tissues offered by Lunaphore. The COMET™ is a fully automated, high-throughput, hyperplex platform that seamlessly performs sequential immunofluorescence (seqIF™) protocols thanks to a patented precision microfluidic chip technology called Fast-Fluidic Exchange (FFeX™). COMET™ works with off-the-shelf, non-conjugated primary antibodies and fluorescent conjugated secondary antibodies, allowing users to transfer and optimize previously validated immunohistochemistry/immunofluorescence (IHC/IF) protocols with ease. Lunaphore offers SPYRE™ Antibody Panels for human FFPE samples, targeting key markers in immuno-oncology and immunology research. These panels are designed with maximum flexibility in mind to support research needs, as they can be used as a basis for custom panel development. Using Lunaphore’s Panel Builder, an intuitive and convenient online tool, panel modules can be combined, allowing “add-on” antibodies to address specific biological questions. From our large portfolio of unconjugated primary antibodies, we are continuously working to validate antibodies for integration on the COMET™ platform.
