Description

Poly21571 reacts with mouse IgM. It can be used in functional assays, such as B cell activation. It has minimum cross-reactivity with bovine proteins. The optimal working concentration should be determined empirically based on the specific assay of interest.

Preparation
The antibody was purified from antisera by a combination of pepsin digestion and immunoaffinity chromatography using antigens coupled to agarose beads. Fc fragments and whole IgG molecules have been removed.

The antibody solution should be stored undiluted between 2°C and 8°C. The solution contains no preservative; handle under aseptic conditions.
