Tag, youre it: Reagents for epitope tags
Proteins of interest are often tagged in order to easily isolate and purify them from their crude extract. These tags (and their attached proteins) can be isolated through affinity gel columns or via high affinity antibodies. BioLegend now provides a variety of reagents for the purification, immunoprecipitation, and even flow cytometric analysis of your favorite tags, including c-Myc, DYKDDDDK (also known as Sigma's FLAG tag), HA (Influenza Hemagglutinin), poly-His (histidine), GFP, and GST.
