There are four IgG subclasses (IgG1, 2, 3, and 4) in humans, named in order of their abundance in serum (IgG1 being the most abundant). The measurement of immunoglobulin G can be a diagnostic tool for certain conditions.

Recommended Usage

Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by ELISA. For ELISA capture, the suggested use of this reagent is 4 µg per ml. It's recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application.

Application Notes

This product is weakly cross-reactive with rabbit.
