Vascular inflammation involves complex interplay between immune cells, vascular cells, and the extracellular matrix. Circulating factors including cytokines, growth factors, and soluble receptors activate downstream signaling pathways leading to vasoconstriction or vasodilation. Increased levels of these soluble factors are associated with vascular disease including atherosclerosis and hypertension.

To study vascular inflammation, we've released a new LEGENDplex™ panel to quantify a unique combination of analytes associated with these pathways.
