Experimental Design

Application:	Flow cytometry
Cells used:	Human AML cells
Brief Protocol:	Primary human AML cells were washed twice in PBS and stained for 20 minutes at room temperature in PBS with 2% FBS and 0.09% sodium azide. Cells were washed twice and analyzed on a BD LSR II.
Results Summary:	Staining was as expected.
