Experimental Design

Application:	Flow cytometry
Cells used:	PBMC and Human synovial fluid
Brief Protocol:	1X10^6 PBMC or cells isolated from synovial fluid were incubated with 5ul APC/Cyanine7 anti-human CD3 Antibody and other antibodies in 30ul FACS buffer for 30 min at 4oC.
Results Summary:	It is easy to use and identify the CD3 populations.
