Very Good Attaining CD4+ Cells from Human Peripheral Blood

This antibody provides a good separation of CD4+ cells in human peripheral blood.

Experimental Design

Application:	Flow Cytometry
Cells used:	Human peripheral blood cells
Brief Protocol:	50ul of human peripheral blood was stained with the CD4 antibody. Cells were incubated for 30 minutes at room temperature. After incubation, cells were lysed using a lysing buffer. Then, samples were washed with 1ml PBS for three times and cells were resuspended in 300ul FACS buffer for direct usage for flow cytometry.
Results Summary:	Very good separation of CD4+ and CD4- lymphocytes.
