Experimental Design

Application:	Staining on mouse lung tissue
Cells used:	Mouse lungs
Brief Protocol:	Mice lungs were digested in collagenase for 30minutes and filtered into single cell suspension. Then cells were stained in 1:300 cocktail at 4C for 30minutes before FACS analyze.
Results Summary:	Good CD8a staining.
