This antibody works great for western blot.

Experimental Design

Application:	Western Blotting
Cells used:	U2OS Cells
Brief Protocol:	U2OS cells were transfected with plasmids containing proteins tagged to HA and these remain in culture for 72 h after transfection. Thus, 1x10E6 cells were lysed 100 ul of sample buffer, 15 ul were used for running in 4-20% SDS-PAGE and proteins were electrotransferred to a PVDF membrane. For blotting, the membrane was blocked with PBS-T containing 3% BSA, anti-HA was was incubated overnight at 4ºC (used at 1:1000).
Results Summary:	Expression of proteins tagged to HA were greatly visualized in samples containing transfected cells.
