Experimental Design

Application:	Flow Cytometry
Cells used:	CD4+ cells isolated by MACS from human PBMC
Brief Protocol:	Cells (200,000) were stained on ice in FACS buffer (1% FBS, 5mM EDTA, PBS) for 20min at a dilution of 1/400. The cells were then washed twice and analysed. In this assay the cells were stained with antibodies for CD4, CD45RO and CD183.
Results Summary:	The antibody distinguishes CD183+ cells which, on CD4+ cells, were predominantly CD45RO+.
