This is a good stain for live/dead exclusion.

Experimental Design

Application:	Flow cytometry
Cells used:	Mouse splenocytes
Brief Protocol:	BioLegend's instructions were followed. Cells were washed with PBS 1x, then stained with zombie UV at 1:1000 at 4C for 15minutes. Then washed in facs buffer.
Results Summary:	There is a good separation between live and dead.
