Experimental Design

Application:	Flow Cytometry
Cells used:	Splenocytes
Brief Protocol:	Mice are infected with virus. Splenocytes are collected and stained for flow cytometry. Cells are RBC lysed, Fc blocked, and fixed before flow cytometry.
Results Summary:	Great antibody.
Additional Notes:	Antibody gave very robust amplification for our experiments.
