Human COVID-19 Cytokine Storm Panel 1

COVID-19, caused by SARS-CoV-2 has shown accumulating clinical evidence of an abnormal and uncontrolled production of cytokines, termed a cytokine storm, in critically ill COVID-19 patients. The COVID-19 Cytokine Storm Panels 1 and 2 detect a variety of cytokines associated with cytokine storm. The panel has been validated for use on cell culture supernatant, serum, and plasma samples.

  • For serum/plasma samples, RANTES and APRIL cannot be mix and matched with other targets and need to be measured separately due to high dilution requirement.
  • The lyophilized standards, detection antibodies, and buffer set are required to run the assay.
