Excellent antibody for detecting FAS L expression.

Experimental Design

Application:	Flow cytometry
Cells used:	Human PBMCs
Brief Protocol:	Human PBMCs were stimulated with PMA/Ionomycin for 6 hrs followed by incubation with MMP-7 inhibitor for 2 hrs. Cells were washed and stained with either Isotype or anti-CD178 antibody. Cells were washed and analysed by flow cytometry.
Results Summary:	Clear CD-178 expression confirm the specificity of this antibody.
