Application:	Flow cytometry
Cells used:	Mouse splenocytes
Brief Protocol:	RBC lysis of isolated splenocytes; wash; 30 minute stain on ice in the dark
Results Summary:	CD44 upregulated on a subset of T cells exposed to conjugate peptide.
Additional Notes:	Not the greatest CD44 staining, but not bad for FITC. Blue and orange histograms represent two different mouse strains the author wishes to remain undisclosed at this time.
