Experimental Design

Application:	Flow cytometry
Cells used:	PBMCs, differentiated DC cultures
Brief Protocol:	Cells were spun down, and washed once in PBS. Cells were stained in PBS/2% FCS/1mM EDTA for 30 minutes using a homemade cocktail of antibodies.
Results Summary:	Clec9a population is very clear.
Additional Notes:	One of the few Clec9a antibodies tried in our lab that works well.
