Experimental Design

Application:	Flow Cytometry
Cells used:	Inflamed peritoneal lavage cells (Murine)
Brief Protocol:	Fc block with 1:100 anti-CD16/32 on ice for 10 minutes. Stain with 1:200 Ly6g-APC and 1:400 CD11b-PE on ice for 30 mins. Wash once and resuspend in 300ul FACS buffer Analyze on FACS Calibur.
Results Summary:	Clear identification of neutrophils by CD11bint/Ly6ghi.
