Experimental Design

Application:	TIM-1 expression on mice B cells.
Cells used:	Mice spleen cells
Brief Protocol:	Surface staining, mice spleen cells stained with CD19 Alexa Fluor® 647 & TIM-1-PE for 45min-60 min on ice.
Results Summary:	OK, not perfect.
Additional Notes:	~3% CD19+B cells are TIM-1+ with regular LSR, while ~10% CD19+B cells express TIM-1 with LSR Fortes, Green Laser(532nm).
