Experimental Design

Application:	Flow Cytometry
Cells used:	PBMC and Cells from Human Synovial fluid
Brief Protocol:	1X10^6 PBMC or cells isolated from synovial fluid were incubated with 5ul APC anti-human/mouse/rat CD278 (ICOS) and other antibodies in 30ul FACS buffer for 30 min at 4oC.
Results Summary:	This antibody shows great signal in cells from patient's synovial fluid.
