Staining works, not a great tumour marker.
Experimental Design

Application: flow cytometry
Cells used: human tumour infiltrate
Brief Protocol: Cell suspension was plated in 96-well plate at 2-4 million cells/ well. Antibody was added in proper flow buffer at 2:100 for 30 minutes in the dark at 4 degrees Celsius. Used in conjunction with anti-human CD45, CD90, EPCAM in order to try to isolate tumour cells versus immune cells.
Results Summary: Staining worked, but is not a good marker indicative of tumour cells. EPCAM is a better differentiating marker.
