Anti-CD51/61 works wells on human stromal cells.

Experimental Design

Application:	Flow Cytometry
Cells used:	Human Mesenchymal Stromal Cells
Brief Protocol:	Cultured human MSC were stained for preincubated for 15 minutes at room temperature with the recommended dilution of anti-CD51/61 in 100uL FACS buffer (PBS w/2% FBS and 0.09% sodium azide), and then stained for 15 minutes at room temperature with the recommended dilution of PE conjugated anti-CD51/61 in 100uL FACS buffer (PBS w/2% FBS and 0.09% sodium azide). Cells were washed twice with 2mL FACS buffer and analyzed on a BD LSR II.
Results Summary:	CD51/61 staining was completely blocked by the purified anti-CD51/61 antibody.
