Experimental Design

Application:	Bioassay
Cells used:	Mutu (Murine DC-like cell line)
Brief Protocol:	Treated normal Mutu cells, Mutu cells with Cofilin knockdown and Mutu cells with Fascin knockdown with CpG + IFNg to promote maturation. Knockdown of proteins was performed using lentivirus. Immature Mutu cells do not express Fascin.
Results Summary:	Fascin staining was observed for cells treated with CpG + IFNg.
