Experimental Design

Application:	Flow cytometry
Cells used:	Mouse macrophages, monocytes, and epithelial cells
Brief Protocol:	I followed a standard flow cytometry staining protocol: Purify mouse bronchoalveolar lavage (spin and wash with 1X PAB buffer). Stain with panel, including BioLegend PE anti-mouse CD192 (CCR2). Fix, wash.
Results Summary:	Clear CCR2 + and - populations, easy differentiation of monocyte and epithelial cell subpopulations.
Additional Notes:	Excellent antibody, excellent addition to a BAL cell panel!
