Brief Protocol:	Follow the datasheet - it will tell everything you need to know. - The plate is pre-coated, therefore just wash the plate 3 time before use. - Incubate 2h RT 200rpm with your sample (cell supernant) and with you standard dilutions. - Wash 4 times - Incubate 2h RT 200rpm with 100ul of mouse IFNbeta - Wash 4 times - Incubate 30min RT 200rpm with 100ul of Avidin-HRP - Wash 5 times - Incubate 30min RT in the dark with 100ul of Substrate solution F - Add 100ul of Stop solution - Read at 450nm
Results Summary:	Perfect standard curve, good duplicates.
