Experimental Design

Application:	Flow Cytometry
Cells used:	Mouse Lung Cells
Brief Protocol:	The single cell from a mouse lung was blocked with Fc block for 30 minutes, followed by the staining with Zombie Violet™ Fixable Viability Kit in PBS, for an additional 30 minutes on ice. Cells were washed and analyzed by flow cytometry.
Results Summary:	There are about 20-30% cell stained positive for the Zombie dye.
