Easy Antibody to Stain Mouse CD44 Cells

We use this antibody to stain a population of mouse CD44 cells isolated from the spleen.

Experimental Design

Application:	Flow Cytometry
Cells used:	Mouse splenocytes
Brief Protocol:	Cells were stained in 100uL FACS buffer with antibody at 1:200; for 1 hour on ice and in the dark. Cells were washed with FACS buffer and run in 100uL FACS buffer.
Results Summary:	Even though this color is relatively dim, we were able to clearly identify the large population of CD44+ T cells isolated from the mouse spleen.
