Experimental Design

Application:	Flow Cytometry
Cells used:	Human tumor infiltrate
Brief Protocol:	Cell suspension was plated in 96-well plate at 2-4 million cells/ well. Antibody was added in proper flow buffer at 1:100 for 30 minutes in the dark at 4 degrees Celsius. Used in conjunction with anti-human CD4 to parse out CD4+ T cells and "activated" T cells from naive and CD8+ cells.
Results Summary:	Functional staining for IL-2Ra.
