Great antibody to detect CD103-positve population within CD3+ cells.

Experimental Design

Application:	Flow Cytometry
Cells used:	Human whole blood
Brief Protocol:	1. 50µl EDTA blood plus 50µl antibody cocktail (in FACS Buffer), incubate for 30 min at RT. 2. Lysis of erythrocytes by adding 1 ml of Lysis Buffer, incubate for 10 min at RT. 3. Wash two times with PBS; centrifuge at 400 x g for 5 min, trash supernatant. 4. Resuspend cells in 200-300 µl FACS Buffer, FACS analysis. 5. CD103-FITC was titrated on stimulated PBMCs (3 days with PHA) and applied at a final dilution of 1:300.
Results Summary:	Easy to detect, conjugate is very bright.
Additional Notes:	Gating Strategy: Lymphocytes > single cells > living CD3+ cells > CD8+ cells > CD103+
