"Diagnosis, Treatment and Immunopathogenesis of Chronic COVID-19 (PASC)"

In this presentation, Dr. Patterson discusses how some people with COVID-19 experience lingering symptoms for weeks or months, known as post-acute sequelae SARS-CoV-2 infection (PASC). He will share the story of 3,000 “long haulers” in his group’s Chronic COVID Treatment Center™ program, a collaboration between research facilities, clinicians, and medical laboratories. He will discuss novel tools developed with BioLegend to diagnose, treat, and discover the possible underlying immunologic mechanisms in PASC and the debilitating effects on those suffering from these sequelae even a year later.
