Experimental Design

Application:	Flow Cytometry
Cells used:	PBMC
Brief Protocol:	Cells used were either freshly isolated or cryopreserved. Cells were washed and pulsed with gp120. Cells were stained with FITC CD69 using BioLegend's recommended test volume.
Results Summary:	Good CD69 stain, no problems identifying activation in NK cells .
