Experimental Design

Application:	Flow Cytometry
Cells used:	Fresh and Frozen PBMC
Brief Protocol:	We isolated the cells and used them freshly or after a period of cryopreservation. Cells were washed and FACS buffer and surface stained with this antibody at BioLegend's recommended test volume of 5uL/test.
Results Summary:	Great stain, easy identification of B cells from PBMCs.
