Experimental Design

Application:	Flow cytometry staining of cells from synovial digestion
Cells used:	Cells isolated from human synovium
Brief Protocol:	Cells were isolated from human synovium using enzymatic digest. Cells were stained for 30 mins at 4C with a viability dye before washing and staining with an antibody cocktail containing Ab product number 313206 for 30 mins at 4C. Cells were washed again and acquired using a BD LSR Fortessa with excitation with a 642 laser line and measured using a 671/30 bandpass filter.
Results Summary:	Antibody stains well with little/no non-specific binding even on difficult cells.
Additional Notes:	Working concentration for the antibody was used at 5μg/ml.
