Analysis of β Catenin 1 Expression in Mouse Intestinal Tumor

This antibody generated strong and specific signals and is good for IFA experiment.

Experimental Design

Application:	IFA Staining
Cells used:	Mouse Intestinal Tissue
Brief Protocol:	Intestinal tumor tissue were collected from Min+ mice and snap frozen and cryo sections were used for staining the intestinal tumor epithelial cells. Sections were fixed and then blocked in 5% FBS buffer. Then, sections were stained with anti-β Catenin 1 antibody followed by Alexa Fluor® 488 anti-mouse IgG staining. Slides were coverslipped with DAPI containing mounting medium and analyzed under fluorescence microscopy.
Results Summary:	Strong green positive cells were found in intestinal tumor tissues.
Additional Notes:	This antibody is very specific and good for IFA experiment.
