Experimental Design

Application:	Flow Cytometry
Cells used:	Single-cell suspension of lung cells
Brief Protocol:	Lungs were harvested from a mouse and digested using a collagenase-based digestion protocol to obtain a single-cell suspension. Cells were then blocked with FcBlock, stained with antibodies, and read on a flow cytometer.
Results Summary:	The antibody stains Gr1+ cells very clearly.
