Experimental Design

Application:	Flow cytometry
Cells used:	Murine lung or lymph node
Brief Protocol:	Collect cells, wash and stain in FACS buffer. Block with FcBlock. Stain at 1:200 4oC for 20 minutes. Detect by flow cytometry. Fixable in PFA if desired.
Results Summary:	Consistent staining, populations are more of a smear that a distinct population but that is likely due to the antigen not the antibody or product formulation and makes sense based on what I would predict for CD44 expression.
Additional Notes:	Will use again. No issues noted.
