CD45 PE works very nicely, as do all fluorochromes for CD45 from BioLegend.

Experimental Design

Application:	Flow Cytometry
Cells used:	Cord blood
Brief Protocol:	CD34 cells were isolated using a magnetic labeled CD34 kit. Cells were then stained to assess presence of CD45 cells in the isolation.
Results Summary:	CD45 cells were clearly distinguished from CD34 positive cells.
