Experimental Design

Application:	Flow Cytometry
Cells used:	Whole blood in EDTA
Brief Protocol:	Stain whole blood with CD44 marker. Incubate in dark for 30 mins. Lyse cells using multi-species lysis buffer. Wash with PBS and read on cytometer.
Results Summary:	This antibody shows cross reactivity in Canine species and marks all pan leukocytes.
