EpCAM was detected on 99% of HCC1806 cells.

Experimental Design

Application:	Flow cytometry
Cells used:	HCC1806
Brief Protocol:	Cells were treated with trypsin and quenched using DMEM + 10%FBS. Pellets were re-suspended at 1x106 cells per 100ul of ice cold PBS + 2% IFS. Antibody was used at 1:100 and incubated on ice for 30 minutes. Cells were then washed with a 10:1 volume of ice cold PBS + 2% IFS. Pellets were re-suspended in ice cold PBS + 2% IFS to a volume of 500ul.
Results Summary:	EpCAM was detected on 99% of HCC1806 cells.
