Experimental Design

Application: Flow Cytometry
Cells used: Single-cell suspension of small intestinal cells
Brief Protocol: The small intestine was harvested from a mouse then digested using a Liberase-based digestion protocol to obtain a single-cell suspension. The cells were then blocked with Fc Block, stained with antibodies, and read on a flow cytometer.
