Overall: | Product Quality: | Ease of Use: | |
The antibody distinguishes MHC II+ cells in the small intestine clearly. |
Experimental Design |
Application: | Flow Cytometry |
Cells used: | Single-cell suspension of small intestinal cells |
Brief Protocol: | The small intestine was harvested from a mouse then digested using a Liberase-based digestion protocol to obtain a single-cell suspension. The cells were then blocked with Fc Block, stained with antibodies, and read on a flow cytometer. |
