We use this cytokine as a positive control for autophagy induction and inflammasome activation in macrophages.

Experimental Design

Application:	Positive control for autophagy induction.
Cells used:	Human macrophages and endothelial cells
Brief Protocol:	Treat cells with 100 ng of IFNg for 24 hours for the induction of autophagy.
Results Summary:	We see increased LC3-II by western blot and decreased p62 levels.
