Experimental Design

Application:	FC
Cells used:	Diffuse large B cell lymphoma cell lines
Brief Protocol:	3x10^5 cells were spun down (1200rpm, 5min); washed with PBS 1x, pelleted down, incubated 30 min with 1 uL Pacific Blue™ anti-human HLA-A,B,C Antibody W6/32 from BioLegend (1:100 dilution) in 100uL of PBS-0.5%BSA, 3x wash in PBS-0.5%BSA, resuspended in 250uL of PBS-0.5%BSA, analyzed by flow cytometry.
Results Summary:	Results were perfectly consistent with immunohistochemistry staining (HC-10 Ab)
