Application:	Flow Cytometry
Cells used:	Splenocytes
Brief Protocol:	Mice are latenlty or lytically infected and splenocytes harvested. They are RBC lysed, stained, and fixed.
Results Summary:	Decent Antibody. Worked well on its own for optimization but not so well in a cocktail of antibodies.
Additional Notes:	Have only used it twice so may be a result that optimization can fix.
