CD103+ Cells in the Small Intestine are Stained Well with the Antibody
Overall: Product Quality: Ease of Use:
The antibody distinguishes small intestinal CD103+ cells well.
Experimental Design

Application: Flow Cytometry
Cells used: Small intestinal cells
Brief Protocol: Small intestine was harvested from a mouse and digested using a collagenase-based digestion protocol to obtain a single-cell suspension. The cells were then put through a 40%/75% Percoll gradient, with the cells at the interface taken for further staining. Cells were then blocked with Fc Block, stained with antibodies, and read on a flow cytometer.
Results Summary: CD103+ cells were stained clearly with the antibody.
Additional Notes: Cells were pre-gated on DAPI- cells.
