CD103+ Cells in the Small Intestine are Stained Well with the Antibody
Overall: | Product Quality: | Ease of Use:
The antibody distinguishes small intestinal CD103+ cells well. |
Experimental Design |
Application: | Flow Cytometry |
Cells used: | Small intestinal cells |
Brief Protocol: | Small intestine was harvested from a mouse and digested using a collagenase-based digestion protocol to obtain a single-cell suspension. The cells were then put through a 40%/75% Percoll gradient, with the cells at the interface taken for further staining. Cells were then blocked with Fc Block, stained with antibodies, and read on a flow cytometer. |
Results Summary: | CD103+ cells were stained clearly with the antibody. |
Additional Notes: | Cells were pre-gated on DAPI- cells. |
