Works well for staining of previously frozen human PBMCs.

Experimental Design

Application:	Flow cytometry
Cells used:	Primary CD8 T cells
Brief Protocol:	Thawed and stained previously frozen primary human peripheral blood mononuclear cells. CD45 APC/Cyanine7 stained at 1:200 dilution for 30 minutes at 4oC. Washed and fixed in BioLegend's Fixation buffer.
Results Summary:	CD45 separation is clear and background is minimal for freshly thawed cells.
