This antibody stains leukocytes well in the intestinal lamina propria.

Experimental Design

Application:	Flow cytometry
Cells used:	Small intestinal lamina propria
Brief Protocol:	Cells were isolated from the small intestine and stained as follows: 1. Cells washed in PBS and incubated for 20 min with Zombie-UV. 2. PBS wash followed by Fc receptor blocking for 15 minutes. 3. Incubation with CD45.2 (diluted 1:100 in PBS/2% FBS) for 20 minutes on ice. 4. Wash and analyze on LSRII.
Results Summary:	CD45.2+ were readily identified.
