This kit is a simple way to evaluate cytokine/chemokine secretion in immune cells.

Experimental Design

Application:	Multiplex (Analysis of secreted cytokines in cultured cells)
Cells used:	Mouse monocytes isolated from bone marrow
Brief Protocol:	Mouse monocytes were isolated from bone marrow and cultured in RPMI (5x10^5 cells/well) in 96-well plates. Cells were left unstimulated or were stimulated with LPS (100 ng/ml) for 24 hours. Media was harvested (200 ul) and assayed.
Results Summary:	LPS induced the secretion of IL-1beta, IL-6, MCP-1, and TNF alpha as expected.
Additional Notes:	Media was diluted 1:1 in supplied buffer.
