Brief Protocol:	Sodium citrate Ag retrieval, quenching for 15 min 10%H2O2 with methanol, NGS 10% i hr RT, O/N incubation at 4c, 1 hr secondary Ab IgG(H+L), ABC 40 min, DAB 3 min.
Results Summary:	Positive specific staining, clean reagent control.
