Experimental Design

Application:	Formalin-fixed paraffin embedded tissue
Cells used:	common marmoset and human tissue
Brief Protocol:	1. deparaffin and rehydrate the tissue 2. antigen retrieval by citrate buffer pH 6.0 3. blocking 4. 1st Ab,1:100, 2 hour RT 5. washing 6. 2nd Ab by Leica Power Vision 7. washing 8. development by DAB and hematoxylin counterstaining
Results Summary:	Stained well at thick and thin axons.
