Experimental Design

Application:	Flow Cytometry
Cells used:	Cardiac Primary cells
Brief Protocol:	Cells were stained in 50uL of FACS buffer with 0.2uL of antibody. 30' 4C in the dark. The cells were washed and ressuspended (300uL) in FACS buffer for analysis.
Results Summary:	CD172a is a bright antibody to stain Cardiac macrophages.
